The ASE-008E features a cabinet-type design with a top handle and bottom wheels for easy mobility. The oil pipes utilize quick-connect joints for simple installation and removal. The operation panel is designed for intuitive understanding and ease of use.
Operation Guidelines
Important: The equipment requires continuous monitoring during dynamic cleaning and deep oil changing operations.
Pre-Operation Preparation
  1. Position the vehicle in the workplace, switch off the engine, and lift to suitable position with driving wheels hanging in the air
  2. Use tools to dismantle oil filter and install appropriate adapter kit on the oil filter base according to the adapter table
  3. Place the cleaning filter core in the transparent filter cup of the equipment
  4. Check and confirm the following points:
    1. Oil adapter kit is tightly installed on the oil filter base
    2. Inlet/outlet hoses of oil adapter are correctly connected to outlet/return hoses of equipment
    3. Pressurized flush valve is adjusted to OFF position
    4. Regulator valve of pressurized flushing is adjusted counterclockwise to minimum port
    5. Adapter kits and equipment pipeline are properly connected to vehicle
