The Honeywell TC-IXL061 is a Thermocouple Input Module, part of Honeywell's TDC 3000 product line. The Honeywell TC-IXL061 Input 6-Point Module is a reliable and versatile solution for various industrial applications. It provides accurate measurement of analog and digital signals from sensors, enabling effective process monitoring and control.

This module has been replaced by TC/TK- IXL062. When replacing anTx-IXL061 with the Tx-IXL062 module, it’s necessary to rewire the terminal block. When the RTP is used, a new pre-wire cable is required.

I/O Modules The following I/O modules are available to create a custom control solution. 16 Channel Universal IO Module Galavanically isolated Input/Output to chassis. 8-point universal analog input modules: Galvanic isolation point to chassis inputs may be mixed on a module and may include multiple thermocouple types, RTDs, ohms, voltage or mill voltage types – all easily assigned using the Process Control Designer configuration tool. High point-to-point galvanic isolation simplifies installation and saves the expense of external isolation hardware.

The C200 controller chassis can be replaced with a redundant C300 controller that has been modified to fit in the space of a single C200/C200E chassis. Graphics remain the same. Each C200/C200E controller can be migrated individually, allowing the system to be gradually converted to C300. By upgrading to the C300, this solution can retain IO modules and field wiring, keep graphics unmodified, allow control strategies to be migrated with little or no change, and allows the system to be gradually converted to C300. The supervisory network must be upgraded to Fault Tolerant Ethernet. The upgrade procedure may be conducted while the system remains online.
