I General introduction:

The XNR-400E Melting Flow Rometer is an instrument designed and manufactured to GB/T3682-2018, ASTM D1238-98 standards and referring to similar standards such as JB/T5456, ISO1133 to determine the melt mass flow rate of thermoplastic plastics (MVR) and melt volume flow rate (MFR), measuring the melt mass flow rate by automatic sampling and scale weighing；The determination of the melt volume flow rate is through a photoencoder and an automatic timing system, first measuring the time required to move the specified distance of the piston, and then calculating the volume flow rate according to the formula.The final results of both assays are shown on the touch screen of the instrument and output by a microprinter, can also connect to Computer. The instrument is accurate, simple, intuitive and reliable.
