The Magnetic flap level meter has a cavity (called the measuring pipe or the main pipe) to hold the float ball, and the cavity forms a connector with the container through flange or other suitable connection methods. According to the principle of the connector, with the change of the liquid level in the container, the liquid level in the cavity is the same height as the liquid level in the container, so it drives the floating ball in the cavity to move up and down, and rise and fall with the rise and fall of the liquid level in the container. At this time, we can't see the liquid level, so a magnetic column display is installed outside the chamber.

A permanent magnetic steel is installed at the junction of the submerged liquid and the floating part of the float. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level meter also rises and falls. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the magnetic column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white column to turn 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the column turns from red to white, The red white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, so as to achieve clear indication of the liquid level.
