Equipment features:

★ Our refrigeration storage tank is mainly composed of tank body, mixer, refrigeration unit, electrical control and other parts.

★ Its tank body is all made of stainless steel SUS304, after precision polishing, dirt is not easy to accumulate, easy to clean and corrosion resistant.

★ The tank insulation layer is filled with rock wool or polyurethane foam insulation material with low thermal conductivity, which is light in weight and good in insulation performance.

★ The stirring device is composed of a motor, a reducer and a stirring device. The stirrer and the tank are connected by flanges, and the stirrer is driven by the reducer.

★ The refrigeration system consists of a refrigeration unit, a direct cooling jacket plate, etc. The direct cooling jacket plate manufacturing process is advanced and the effect is ideal; the refrigeration unit is equipped with the corresponding water-cooled condenser (used when the ambient temperature is high, and drains the cooling water when not in use). The cooling effect is ideal.

★ At present, most of the condensing units use Freon as the coolant. Freon is the trade name of a special brand and is widely used. So far only two models have been used, namely R12 (CFC) and R22 (HFC), and R12 has ceased production.
