The edge is lined with PU leather on both sides, and the edge is bonded with cardboard and sponge.

Advanced oil technique

Leather and leather mounted foam plastic, then cut into finished products, and then oil and smooth the edge to extend the product's lifespan.

High frequency machines

Hot pressing molding machine with high frequency.

Cutting- edge techniques

Thick artificial vegan leather on the luggage, and fabrics on the innards and surface

external two layers of leather are fitted together. The leather is wear- resistant and pressure- resistant, as well as durable.

Mounting leather on a single layer

It is simple, comfortable and soft, bending without creases, compact, and convenient. The cover leather is applied directly to the inner core.

Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel on.
