Special notes on operation and use of demolition hydraulic shear:
Only reasonable and correct use of a good product can effectively
improve work efficiency, but also ensure the service life of the
product, so the following special notes must be read carefully
before use:
1. Demolition shear cylinder shear pressure 250-320kg, motor rotary
pressure 80-100kg, rotary flow per minute 25-35L, Excessive
pressure
flow will cause damage to the motor and support gear (rotation
speed shall not exceed 10r min)!!
2. Before the first use of the equipment must be filled with
butter, ensure that each butter nozzle filling thoroughly, use
again 1 times /4 hours. Before using the equipment, all the stop
valves of the four small arm iron pipes must be opened to prevent
one-way oil from damaging the motor.
3. Demolition shear can not rotate when cutting materials, easy to
cause damage to the motor and slewing support.
4. All blades shall not be cut quenched material, alloy steel,
recycled iron and rail, which can easily cause blade collapse. Bear
in mind: the phenomenon of collapse of knife and blade occurs
instantly in shear heat treatment.
5. It is forbidden to use demolition shear to hit steel and move,
push and pull heavy objects.
6. Pay attention to regular maintenance and daily inspection. If
oil pipe leakage and bolt looseness are found need to reinforce
timely .Retract the cylinder when placing for a long time.

How to make maintance?
Product maintenance
1. Daily checkpoints
Whether there is any damage or deformation of the body, whether
there is leakage of the hose connection,pin and bushing damage
check and its replacement cycle, check the loosening state of bolts
and nuts, check the oil level and loosening of the gear and tighten
the loosening bolt.
2. Regular checkpoints
The seals and rotating parts of the hydraulic cylinder will wear
out, and should be replaced in time after reaching the service
life. Replacement parts should be matched with the original
factory.
3. Check the tightening state of bolts and install new bolts. Check
and ensure that the bolts tightened are not loose after 8 hours of
use. The damaged bolts should be replaced in time. Bolts should be
replaced after approximately 1500 hours or 12 months of use after
installation.
4, in the process of use, it is recommended to check regularly
whether there is oil leakage to ensure no fault, so as not to
affect the normal use.
Every 4 hours : add lubriCATEEEEEEEEing oil, lubriCATEEEEEEEEion
shaft pin and rotating gear 1 time.
Every half a year or 1000 hours (whichever comes first): replace
the hydraulic cylinder oil seal and motor oil seal once. If the oil
seal is not replaced within the specified period, there is a
certain probability that other parts of the product will be
damaged, for example, the cylinder will be strained.
