It adopts needle coil winding technology and is suitable for large and medium brushless motor multi-shaped slot stators, such as those used in drum washing machines, turbo washing machines, and water pump motors. The machine features a single working station structure and can automatically complete the winding process, ensuring high efficiency and safety.


The BLDC stator winding machine offers complete programming freedom, so you can decide where to anchor the initial starting wire before winding, whether to run the cycle clockwise or anticlockwise, and all the necessary position changes to complete the process.
Application
