This Melt Flow Index Tester Used/Melt Flow Index Mfi Testing Machine Manufacturer is used to determine the MFR value of the standard die melt flow rate per 10min through a certain temperature and load when the various plastics and resins are in the viscous flow state. It is suitable for polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone and fluorine with higher melting temperature. Principle:
The melt mass-fiow rate (MFR) and the melt volume-fow rate (MVR) are determined by extruding molten material from the barrel of a plastometer under preset conditions of temperature and load. For meit mass-fow rate, timed segments of the extrudate are weighed and the extrudate rate is calculated in g/10 min and recorded. For melt volume-flow rate, the distance that the piston moves in a specified time or the time required for the piston to move a specified distance is measured to generate data in cm3/10 min. Meit volume-fow rate may be converted to melt mass-fiow rate, or vice-versa, if the density of the material is known under the conditions of the test.
