This is a spacious air shower tunnel designed for material carts. It utilizes high-speed shutter doors, which operate quickly and efficiently, thus saving space.

Air showers are commonly used to remove contaminants from personnel and equipment entering or exiting clean environments. They also provide a protective barrier between clean and contaminated areas.

Operation Instruction

1. Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,

There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.

2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.

2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.

2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower,

then exit sliding door will be close automatically.

Blowing type: single-side blowing, double-side blowing, three-side blowing.
