Fiber Array Description

Optical Fiber Array with precision and accuracy within V-groove blocks, an ultra-precision processing technology is used to create fiber arrays. These arrays are made by removing the fiber coating from bare fibers and placing them in V-grooves. A pressurization member applies pressure to the fibers, which are then held in place with adhesive.

The submicron-level accuracy required for this process helps to minimize connection loss.
