Process Description:

1. Slaughter → head-off → hoof-off → peeling → eviscerate → cleaning → inspection → discharge of visceral acid → segmentation → tray packing → cart loading → warehouse storage.

2. sheep head dealing process → horn removal and bagging → rolling cleaning machine → automatic hair scalding machine → automatic hair removal machine → manual removal → brushing machine → splitting machine → tray sheep brain and skull → loading → warehouse storage.

3. hoof dealing process → tip-off and bagging → rolling cleaning machine → automatic hair scalding machine → automatic hair removal machine → manual removal → brushing machine → plating → loading → warehouse storage.

4. sheep tripe dealing process → oil removal → waste removal → basket loading → first cleaning → second cleaning → put into plate → loading on truck → warehouse storage.

5. sheep intestines dealing process → intestinal picking → sliding way → waste removal → sorting → basket loading → fist inside out washing → thorough cleaning → turn the intestines → oil removal → tray separation of intestines and oil → truck loading → warehouse storage.

6. sheep heart-lung and liver dealing process → picking lung, heart, and liver → plate separation → cart loading → warehouse storage.

7. bone segmentation dealing process → bar and spareribs processing line → mutton roll processing line → bone sawing processing line → French steak processing line → steak processing line → leftover processing line → waste conveying line.

8. Package counteroffer process → storage van unloading → plate change → automatic unpacking machine → carton loading machine → automatic sealing machine → code printing machine → weight detection machine → automatic palletizing machine → empty plate washing → turnover plate → tray positioning.
