Elevator weighing controller system (elevator weighing system) plays an important role in the operation of elevators. The weighing controller consists of two parts, one part is the controller part and the other part is the load cell part. The load cell converts the weight signal into electric signal through the transmission cable to the controller part, which carries out calculation and processing to complete the weighing of the elevator.
When the weight in the elevator car changes, the controller can output multiple relay contact signals and 0~10mA current signal or 0~10V or -10V~+10V voltage signal as needed. When the elevator is overloaded, the controller will issue sound and light alarm to provide accurate data for the weighing and starting of the elevator.
