REAGEN™ The AflaPure M1 Kit contains immunoaffinity columns for the convenient purification and enrichment of aflatoxin M1 from milk samples for downstream HPLC and ELISA analysis.

Procedure Overview

REAGEN™ AflaPure M1 immunoaffinity columns use a simple procedure to enrich aflatoxin from milk samples. A defatted milk sample is passed through the column to bind the aflatoxin. After washing the column with a wash solution, the aflatoxin is eluted using methanol.

The enriched samples are suitable for subsequent analysis by HPLC or ELISA methods. Each column is disposable and should only be used once.

Kit Contents, Storage and Shelf Life

REAGEN™ The AflaPure M1 kit contains 25 columns. Store the kit at room temperature (18 - 25°C). The shelf life is 18 months when the kit is properly stored

• Methanol

• Column stand or vacuum manifold (recommended)

• Glass microfiber filter paper
