The MFY-05 features negative pressure test mode with automatic timing, automatic replenishment, and fully automated high-precision inspection drain devices. This instrument effectively tests and evaluates sealing processes and sealing performance by comparing flexible parts, widely used in food, plastic flexible packaging, wet wipes, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries for tightness testing.

Through vacuum chamber evacuation, samples are immersed in water to generate external pressure, allowing observation of gas escape to determine sealing properties. Alternatively, by evacuating the vacuum chamber, internal and external pressure differences cause sample swelling, with observation of shape recovery after vacuum release and liquid infiltration to determine sealing characteristics.
