Packing machine application:

This packing line takes compound paper as the main packing material,applied for coil picking,auto packing,strapping stacking&etc of slit steel coils,makes the object well packed and strapping stacked,convenient for storage and transportation.

Hoisting the pipe bundles onto the front conveyor line and ready to be wrapped, hoist the packed pipes away from the back convey line after package finished.

Packing machine installation main features:

1. PLC programmable control.
2. Wrapping position reset.
3. Both automatic and semi-auto working mode for different choice.
4. Photocell sensors are adopted for fixing the packing position.
5. The turning ring is controlled by converter.
6. Packing material tension could be adjusted.
7. Overlap rate of the wrapping material can be adjusted according to needs.
8. Double-ring & double-rub wheel system make the wrapping more safe, stable & energetic.
9. Protective fence ensure safe operation.
10. Pressing down device and supportive rollers for fix the packaging position.
11. Automatic material feed & cutting system can be equipped for human operation.
12. The machine can be custom designed according to specific object size.
