Mechanical transmission system is employed to send the steel mold into the forming machine head followed by an automatic fuel injection system. The mixed concrete is preformed on the mold. After that, it is cut in one piece and formed a cement tile. The process after that is including chipping, coloring, polishing and fixed on a rack. The fabrication process finally ends with a curing process of 10-12 hours, demolding and packaging.

Manufacturers can also change the extrusion heads and molds to produce diversified roof tiles.
