2.How do we help our customers if the machines malfuctioned?
We provide one year warranty for our machines. If some kits malfactioned

(not caused by human damage)we will send the corresponding kits to our customers to repair for free.

We provide lifetime technical support. If the problems happened after one year, we will still help customers

to find out the problem and solve it out.

3.How do we help customers arrange international shipping?
For most countries, such as USA, Canada, Singapore, UAE, Italy, etc., we have special freight forwarders

who canarrange door-to-door shipping directly.

For some countries that are not available for door-to-door delivery, we can ship to the nearest port or airport.

4. What is our payment terms?
Our regular payment method is 30% of the full amount as a deposit, 70% of the final payment needs to be

settled before shipment. Of course, if customers are worried about the payment method, they can negotiate

with us for another way that can protect the interests of both parties.
