The cross bar and slant bar joints are specially manufactured according to the arc of the pipe.

They are in full contact with the vertical rod steel pipe. Structural strength and transmission of horizontal force,

the cross rod head and the steel pipe body are fixed by full welding, and the force transmission is correct.
The inclined rod head is a rotatable joint, and the inclined rod head and the steel pipe body are fixed by rivets.

As for the connection method of the vertical rod, the square tube connecting rod is the main method, and the connecting rod has been fixed on the vertical rod, so there is no need to combine other joint components, which can save the trouble of material loss and sorting.

1. Advanced technology
The disc-type connection method is the international mainstream scaffold connection method. The reasonable node design can achieve that the force transmission of each rod passes through the center of the node.

Under normal circumstances, the distance between the poles is 1.5 meters, 1.8 meters, the step distance of the horizontal bar is 1.5 meters, the maximum distance can reach 3 meters, and the step distance can reach 2 meters.
