Welding Principle Of Electric Resistance Welding

When two electrodes are pressed into the workpiece, the two metal layers form a contact spot welder resistance under the pressure of the two electrodes. When the welding current flows from one electrode to the other electrode, the two contact resistance points form instant thermal fusion, and the welding current flows from the other electrode to the two workpieces, forming a circuit instantly, which will not cause harm to the two electrodes.
