Product Discription

With rotational molding, parts can be molded economically in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, many of them impossible to produce by any other method.

Rotational molding is suitable for hollow parts , short production runs and prototypes as well as high volume production.

Design flexibility ranges from small, intricate designs to large, complex parts.

PE has good chemical stability and is insoluble in any solvent below 60 ℃. It can resist dilute nitric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and any concentration of hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, ammonia, amines, hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and other solutions at room temperature. But, it is not resistant to high concentration of sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other strong oxidizing acids.
