1. This instrument is designed and manufactured according to JTJ059-95, and is suitable for the on-site determination of the CBR value of various soil-based materials on the highway.

2. The working principle is to use a truck with a rear bearing weight not less than 60KN, load it with a jack, and calculate the CBR value of the soil foundation site through the penetration measured by the penetration rod and the load weight measured by the force measuring ring.
