Deep foundation Pile testing system for testing pile loading capacity and pile integrity

Application:

In the deep foundation testing work, the pile testing is one essential and most important thing to confirm whether it can support the building structure as designed. It includes the pile loading capacity testing and pile integrity testing, and also the bored pile hole testing before the concrete casting. As the pile loading capacity testing, it includes two methods, one is dynamic method by the high strain dynamic pile tester, one is static method by the automatic static loading pile tester. For the pile integrity testing, it also includes two methods, one is dynamic method by the low strain dynamic pile tester, another is ultrasonic method by the Automatic ultrasonic crosshole pile tester. For the bored pile hole(drill hole) and groove testing, the ultrasonic drillhole monitor is the best choice.

Description for High strain/Low strain dynamic pile tester

Parameters:

Technical features for HPT testing:

1. HPT used for determine the pile bearing capacity and pile integrity.

2. It can be used for pile driving monitoring and the cast-in-place pile testing.

3. Sampling frequency is optional of 10 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz and 40 kHz.

4. Sampling points are optional of 1024, 2048 and 4096. Maximum sampling time is up to 400 ms

5. Before testing, the two accelerometers and two strain transducers are self-checked automatically, determine whether the system is in normal state.

6. Automatically check the static strain deviation of the strain transducer during installation and adjust to zero before blow.

7. Test data exported through the external u-disk

8. During test every blow can be saved automatically

9. Storage capacity of more than ten thousands blows.

10. HPT data can save as *.X01 (used for PDA-W)

11. The main cable and connecting cable are compatible with the PDA.
