Introduction:

FXJ-1 Automatic Capping Machine adopts the design of vibrating cap sorter and fetching cap supplier. The capping head takes the cap and then capping which guarantee the qualification rate of capping. It can realize the capping of plastic caps, aluminum caps and press-in type caps in changing different capping device. It is easy to replace and operate. Capping for different containers can be replaced in a short period of time. The capping machine can be used as a single machine or used in the filling line. It applies to the capping for chemicals, medicine, food, cosmetics and cleaning products.

Features:

1.100% Qualification Rate, Adjustable torque force, The capping head uses the design of inflatable design and tighten the caps with air pressure to make sure no harm to the caps during capping process.

2.Wide Application Range: By changing the different star wheels can realize the capping for round and square bottles.

3.Sensors are installed on the machine; the machine will stop automatically when there is no bottle in the input side or jam at the output side. Then it will start automatically when there is bottle input and jam problem solved.

4.A clutch structure is installed at the transmission part of the main machine. And it will stop and alarm when there is stuck or torque overload.

5.A cylinder is installed at the bottle output side to make sure the stability of the machine.
