The automatic carton gluing machine adopts excellent automation technology to realize the digital operation of adjusting the position of the plate and the computer program of the feeding part. Through the positioning rule or the remote control optimization program, the change of the carton size is more accurate and rapid. The automatic folder gluer is composed of three parts: feeding part, gluing and folding forming part, counting and stacking output part, PLC digital display speed, touch screen display amplitude modulation, simple and accurate control method. Automatic feeding (gluing), automatic folding and forming, automatic counting and stacking output. The working speed is 150m/min, and the design speed is 180m/min. High efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuits.

Paper Feeding Unit 1. Linked with the folding part, frequency conversion speed regulation, paper feeding speed 0-150m/min. 2.The front baffle of the paper feeding section and the paper belt are adjustable from left to right.

Paper folding unit 1. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system, no noise, flexible and stable speed regulation. 2. Imported high-friction belts are used to convey the cardboard, which is automatically stacked. 3. Adopt stainless steel wheels to apply glue, with uniform glue quantity, trouble-free and glue-saving.

Stacking unit 1. Adopt PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, simple operation, reliable action, input data without stopping machine, automatic counting. 2. The output part adopts the synchronous pressing method of the bottom conveyor belt and the upper pressing belt to make the finished carton stick firmly and output neatly without dislocation.
