Process & Thermal Economy

Secondary vapor is mechanically compressed to elevate saturation temperature and reused as the heating medium. The forced-circulation loop provides high shear at tube walls, protecting heat-transfer coefficients across variable chemistry and viscosity while keeping specific energy low.

Process Overview — Tubular FC MVR
Flow: feed conditioning → tubular heater (forced circulation) → MVR compression → condensate polishing → concentrate handling
  • Feed conditioning: screening/filtration, softening or pH trim to mitigate scaling/corrosion.
  • Tubular heater + separator: high-velocity loop under vacuum for efficient, gentle evaporation.
  • MVR compression: VFD-driven compressor sets discharge pressure (ΔT) and capacity.
  • Condensate polishing: filters/RO/AC to reuse or compliant discharge (conductivity/TOC guard).
