Product description

Two-stage Pusher Centrifuge is a continuous operation filter centrifuge. Complete feeding, dewatering, washing, drying and unloading at full speed. It is suitable for separating crystalline or short fiber materials with particle size (particle diameter) 0.07mm-5mm, suspension concentration (solid phase volume ratio) 30%-80%, best working condition is particle size≥0.15mm, solid occupies 50%, especially suitable for materials that need to be washed in the machine.

Process

Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is applied to separate the slurry which has middle-size crystal or fiber particle, average grading of solid phase ≥0.1mm, solid content (volume ratio) is 30~70%. If change feeding and distributing type, this machine can be also used to dry solid-phase material which is not diffluent, it has good washing effect and large capacity.
