Function of printing part:

• The printing roller adopt seamless steel tube,the surface is treatment by grinding,hard chromium plating,balance correction,operate smoothly.
• Quickly replacement printing plate device,foot switch for electric control the printing roller’s clockwise and anticlockwise running.
• The feed roller,press roller,rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
• The phase of the printing rollers adopt PLC and electric digit input mode 360°adjustment,it can be adjusted while the machine running or stop.
• The transversal moving of thee printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment,accord the error to input the adjust digit,the adjust scope is ±10mm.
• The printing phase fix device,cylinder brake organ,when the units separate or washing,the brake device will stop all the units gears running and keep the original location of the gears.
• The anilox roller adopt the automatic pneumatic control up and down device which synchronous with the cardboard feeding system.(when the cardboard is feeding,the anilox roller of each printing unit will automatic orderly go down.when stop feeding,the anilox roller will automatic go up.)
• Pneumatic membrane pump inking,automatic circle,water washing.
• Printing plate cleaning memory function,after washing the printing plate,the printing roller will running back to the original printing position.
