Application:

With an aim to fulfill varied requirements of our valued clients, we are engaged in offering the high performancealuminium coil wrapping machine which is applied for automatic packing a wide range of aluminium coils in horizontal state, to make the coil well-protected from influence of water, dust, rust, etc. with high efficiency and nice packaging for saving material and labor cost.

Basic features:

1. With motor driven powered roller conveyor for automatic loading&offloading of the copper coils.
2. High anti-friction PU adopted for friction wheels; whole casting structure for turning ring.
3. The level height of turning ring is adjustable, suit for different diameter.
4. Synchronous wrapping system can be chose for wrapping two different material at one operation process.
5. The supportive and protective rollers wrapped by PU.
6. Special tension control system, the tension and overlapping rate of packing material can be adjusted according to needs.
7. Central positioning for best packaging performance.
8. Different packing material can be chose.

Automatic mechanical hand: Feed and cut the packing material automatically. It is programmable controlled by PLC.
