Inspection Principle

According to the characteristics of the 75-100ml bottle, the number of cameras, testing requirements and indicators are determined as follows:

• Contamination:outside black spot(≥0.1mm),outside light spot(≥0.2mm),stain on the base
• Thin walls: thin walls of the bottle body, thin walls of the base (The defect size accounts for the target percentage of the bottle body imaging ≤10%)
• Bottle lip deformed: out of round, uneven thickness(deviation≥0.2mm)
• Defects on the outside bottle lip: defect size≥0.3mm
• Bottle body deformed(depressed): deformation area accounts for percentage of bottle body circumference ≥15%, depression depth≥1.5mm, depression size>15mm,
• Crease: Depth＞1mm
