Automatic zigzag chocolate decorator machine is one of the essential equipment in the chocolate production line. The chocolate decorator machine is used to chocolate zigzag or chocolate glazing on the surface of food, the chocolate decorator can do different forms of zigzag by twisting the nozzles and adjusting the distance. The chocolate decorating machine uses a special made chocolate delivery pump which is rotor pump with steady chocolate-supply, It can decorate all kinds of zigzags through the eccentric gear to adjust the distance. The pipeline adopts double-layer thermal insulation to ensure smooth chocolate mass. The chocolate zigzag machine normally need to work with cooling tunnel to cool down the food after glazing, or It can be added after the chocolate enrober machine and before chocolate enrober cooling tunnel, so the chocolate enrober and the chocolate zigzag machine can share same cooling tunnel.
