Description:

How to clean wild blueberries

When the blueberries fall into the water, stir and clean the blueberries through the mixing water in the tank to simulate manual cleaning, so as to effectively avoid bumps, bumps, scratches and other phenomena when manually cleaning the fruits;

The mud, sand and other heavy dirt on the blueberries are separated and fall into the sedimentation area under the filter screen, and a spray device is added above the water tank to spray and clean the blueberries;

Driven by water, blueberries are gradually moved to the conveyor belt through the air drying device and taken out from the inner tank. Blueberries are air dried during ascension;

Operating steps of blueberry cleaning machine

(1) Clean the water tank and fill it with water; Fill the main water tank with clean water until there is water overflow at the overflow.

(2) Start the conveyor mesh belt motor to make the mesh belt run normally and in the correct direction;

(3) Start the vortex pump to inject air into the water tank to stir the water in the water tank;

(4) Open the valve of the spray pipe and spray water evenly on the mesh belt;

(5) After confirming the normal operation, check all operating parts and working conditions.

(6) It can wash blueberries individually and then transport them through a mesh belt.
