Cutter Machine Automatic Fabric Paper GSM Circle Cutter High Quality

Fabric Circular Sample Cutter / Gsm Cutter, Circular Sample Cutter can cut various fabric samples such as 100 cm² Matindale test. With the stretching action, accurate circular fabric samples with smooth edges can be cut, even difficult-to-cut materials such as fabric, film, tissue, corrugated cardboard and artificial leather can be easily cut with the sample cutter.

As a fabric gsm inspection machine, the cutting pad is made of porous rubber that allows the sample cutter to safely cut into the base.

Purpose: A kind of circular sampler which is used
to cut and get sample from various of wool, cotton,
fiber, knitting and so on.

3. How to use:
1 3.1 Putting sample to be cut on rubber matting, then
put sampler on the sample,too. Taking the locking
device out, and turning around about 90º. One
hand controls the sampler, and the other hand
holds the handwheel, pressing and rotating the
handwheel clockwise. (Rotation> 90º)
2 3.2 Taking the locking device back. Do not let blades
outside in order to avoid cutting your hands or
something else.
4. Structure and Adjustment:
1 4.1 There are four blades, you can replace new
blades as you wish. Our blades are ordinary razor
blades.
Operations: Loosening all cross screws, removing
the pressure plate and blade carfully, fixing new
blades and tightening srews again.
Please note: Making sure to keep these four blades in
the same level.
2 4.2 There are many snicks on the bottom of sampler
to avoid skidding and cut easily.
5. Notes:
1 5.1 Be careful,blades are very sharp. Do not put your
hands under sampler
2 5.2 Please using sampler on rubber matting. If not,
cleaning it and putting back it in the box.
3 5.3 After a period of using, if the blade is blunt,
please fix new blade as above 4.1 item. You can buy blades in any store easily.
