The SD80-53A tunnel type automatic sugar cone making machine is a PLC controlled, highly automated, highly productive and stable production machine.

Working principle.

The mixed batter is fed into the baking tray through the feed pump, the tray is automatically closed and shaped to the thickness of the dough, then baked in the oven. After baking, the batter is shaped and put into the rolling mould with a robot to make the finished product, which is removed from the mould and transported to the finished product.
