and Wuxi Xinwei Pan-Asia High-Temperature Ceramics Co., Ltd,
professionally work on medium-to-high grade refractory material
research, development, produce and project construction.
The company can produce the refractory material products of 178
product brands under eight major series, the annual production
capacity is up to 100,000 tons, among them, 60,000 tons of fired
products medium-to-high gradly, 20,000 tons of unfired products,
20,000 tons of unshaped refractory materials. The company enjoys
the power to engage in import and export trade on its own account,
the products find a good sale in Japan, Korea S., Russia,
Australia, U.S.A. etc. . Company refractory exported account take

The refractory materials produced by No.2 branch of our company
mainly serve metallurgical industry at home and abroad. Since the
company was set up, we have established technologically cooperative
relations with Japan Krosaki Harima Corp., and mastered advanced technology about refractory material
production, and we have got a great achievement in improving the
quality and developing new varieties of refractory materials ,which
are used in refining furnaces, pouring ladle mixers,
blast-furnaces, hot-air furnaces, large lime kilns, and non-ferrous
metallurgy, and products, which are made in China rather than
imported, have met requirement in designing and using. For
instance, we provided a series of deoxided vacuum
electrical-smelted re-integrated magnesia-chrome bricks for the
outside of RH furnace for Baoshan steel Co., Wuhan steel Co.,
Taiyuan steel Co., Ma' anshan steel Co... We supplied series of
directly bonded magnesia-chrome, semi-reintegrated
chrome-magnesita, electrical-smelted re-bonded magnesia-chrome cast
materials ,etc. for domestic large non-ferrous metal plants, such
as Guixi metallurgical plant, Tongling non-ferrous metal Co, Ltd.
and Jinlong copper industry plant. And we furnished low-creep
mullite series products,pre-masonry cordierite-mullite bricks,
sillimanite ones, micro-porous sintered Alumina-carbon ones and
cast materials for ladle body, tapping landers, slaglanders, branch
landers and pre-fabricated parts for Baoshan steel Co., Ma anshan
steel Co., No. 1 branch of Shanghai steel Co. and ZIMBABWE Co.
which is assisted by Beijing, Jiuquan steel Co., etc. And we
provided NKK AL203-SiC-C products in use for torpedo cars for Japan Nippon Steel, Japan NKK, Japan Kimitsu, Japan Oita, Japan
Nisshin.
In recent years, it has cooperated with Japan's Kurosaki Harima
Co., Ltd. in deep technical cooperation, and has hired Japanese
experts to serve as chief engineers in the company all the year
round. From raw material selection to finished product production
to product packaging and transportation, all links are produced and
controlled according to international standards. The company's
technical solutions and process lines have been optimized, and a
complete set of electrofusion recombination and semi-recombination
magnesia-chrome brick production processes have been developed. ,
