Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-8855 is mainly used for lamination bonding of textiles, it is a one-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive, it has 100% solids. PUR-8855 can be used for lamination of fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge, leather products and fabric, especially suitable for roll coating process. PUR-8855 is characterized by Stable viscosity when heated, high initial bonding strength and final bonding strength. After curing, PUR-8855 has good peel strength, good heat resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION

Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-8855 is used for textile lamination bonding. PUR-8855 can be used for fabric and film, fabric and fabric, fabric and sponge lamination, leather products and fabric lamination, especially suitable for roller coating process.

FEATURE

The viscosity is stable when heated at a certain temperature.

USER GUIDE

The package of PUR-8855 is suitable for various dispensing equipment.

The recommended operating temperature is 115℃~125℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE

Store PUR-8855 where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be no more than 35℃ and avoid open fire or heat source.
