Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4814F for primer treatment coating is a single-component reactive PUR hot melt adhesive with 100% solid content. PUR-4814F can be used for the primer treatment of various solid thin wood veneers. PUR-4814F can realize the process of painting first and then cladding. There is no whitening, cracking or others on thin wood veneers in cladding, and PUR-4814F has good compatibility with surface paint. PUR-4814F is featured stable viscosity under heating at a certain temperature, high initial bonding strength and final strength. After curing, PUR-4814F has good peel strength, good heat and humidity resistance and chemical resistance.

APPLICATION
Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4814F is used for primer treatment coating.PUR-4814F can be used for the primer treatment of various solid thin wood veneers. PUR-4814F can realize the process of painting first and then cladding. USER GUIDE
The package of Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4814F is suitable for all kinds of dispensing equipment.

The recommended operating temperature is 130℃~140℃.

In order to achieve complete curing, it is better to place finished product in a working environment with suitable temperature and humidity (recommended temperature: 23~25℃, about 65% relative humidity).

STORAGE
Store up Wanli® PUR hot melt adhesive PUR-4814F where it’s dry, cool and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be not more than 35℃ and away from open fire or heat source.
