High Speed - Viscosity Improver - Dissolving System - BJVP

Overview:

This equipment is designed for the production of lubricant viscosity improver. VP High shear VI dissolving system includes: VI Dissolving Tank (with the function of heating, agitating, temperature control, high liquid level protection, etc.), Dissolving Control System, and attached instrument, etc. VI Block Lifter, Conveying Belt, Crushing system and Delivery system for VI powder, etc. VP High Shear VI Dissolving System: Equipped with high shearing and agitating system, no need to cut in advance, adding the material directly; VP Low Speed Agitating VI Dissolving System: With top propeller agitator and need to match with VI Cutter, cutting first and feeding next. Both of the above two forms of dissolving system can be equipped with high speed emulsify shear pump, finished product transfer pump.
