RE545 Reverse Circulation Drill Bits

RC reverse circulation drilling tools are mainly used for geological exploration drilling .RC drilling is slower and costlier but achieves better penetration than RAB or air core drilling; it is cheaper than diamond coring and is thus preferred for most mineral exploration work.

RC hammers and bits are used in hole drilling in mines, hydrology and water well, geothermal well, geothermal air conditioning well, geologic exploration, complicated gravel stratum, etc

Especial suitable for complicated formation (Formation loose, difficult to drilling and unstable of hole wall), exhausting for deep hole, environment protection.
Reverse circulation (RC) drilling uses a bit attached to a down-hole hammer to produce a hole. Unlike diamond drilling, RC drilling produces samples of rock cuttings rather than a sample of rock core. The down-hole hammer is powered by compressed air, which also acts as the medium bringing the drill cuttings up to surface. It is mainly used in deep hole exploration and mining ore grade control.
