Single Layer Copper Foil Winding Machine for Low Voltage Cast Resin Transformer BRJ600 is mainly used to winding cast resin transformer foil coils and other similar products. This foil winding machine's winding unit is equipped with a pressure roller system and the machine is supplied with one expanding mandrels for the copper foil and two for the paper insulation. The tension of foil decoiler and insulation decoilers is provided by pneumatic brake system. The control system is based on PLC. Photoelectric sensors are used to make sure the foil edge neat. The machine is easy to operate through the touch screen.
