This winding machine can be used to wind different kinds of wire, such as copper wire, aluminium wire, flat wire and round wire to make different coils. The coil can be circle, oval and rectangular, etc. Wire guide is used to lay wire and insulation decoiler is with pneumatic brake to provide tension. With PLC based control system, it is very easy to operate the machine.
