1. Introduction of Horizontal H Beam Production Line , Horizontal Welding Machine

The end spot-welding machine is the machine that make the front of the three steels automatic assembling as “H” style, so it is convenient for the work-piece to go into the welding position of the horizontal H beam assembly welding machine. It is mainly composed of fixed locating device, moving locating device, web plate jack-up device, locating clamp device, front conveyor, pre-locating device and so on. After the three steels of H style are hanged on the conveyor, the automatic side turn over device will turn over sidely the flange plate to make it stand up and be absorbed by the magnetic conveyor, then with the web plate transmit forward together, after going into the end spot-welding machine, make the web plate and the flange plate adjust with position fixed. Then spot-welding manually about in the range of 100mm of the work-piece’s end part. After that, transmit forward into the horizontal H beam assembly welding machine to weld.
