Application

The radiator core builder machine can assemble the flat tubes, fins, headers, and side plates by one working cycle.

In particular, the radiator core builder machine can also expand the tube end automatically at the time of assembling the header.

The radiator core builder machine combines the mechanical, servo and pneumatic system with manual operation to

assemble the radiator core. The radiator core builder machine takes domino type automatic flat tube distribution,

mechanical tube and fin alighment, mechanical core compression, automatic header assembling and other auxiliary

manual operation to complete assembling.

Main Features

Thisradiator core builder machine consists of left and right header positioning fixture, tube end expansion device,

tube storage box, tube distribution device, tube guidance device, assembling working table, flat tube and fin

positioning device, comb teeth up-down mechanism, core body compression mechanism,

pneumatic system and electrical system.

The flat tubes are distributed through a servo tube distribution device. And the overall comb teeth structure could ensure the

flat tube positioning accuracy.

The radiator core builder machine is designed with 2-hand push buttons for safety operation.
