Application:

T-shirt: General water-based inks are suitable for absorbent substrates with rough screen surface. To achieve the best coverage of the ink layer, a larger amount of ink is required, so a thicker screen is used. (120-180 mesh)

Brand-name advertising: solvent-based inks are printed with medium mesh gauze when printing advertisements and electrical appliances. (195-420 mesh)

Circuit board: The pigment particles of general inks for electronic products are relatively fine, and the ink has good versatility. This kind of use has a high mesh number. (90-355 mesh)

Ceramic cups: ceramics generally have a high mesh count. Such smooth non-absorbent substrates require less ink, so a high mesh screen (80-355 mesh) is selected.
