• Working principle of packing

Robot grappling fixture grabs the bottles from the bottle conveyor, then the grappling fixture moves upwards above the bottle conveyor, grappling fixture moves upwards above the box conveying device, and then the bottles move downward into the box.

• Robot is popularly used in palletizing due to its flexibility, compact footprint, long arm stretch, etc.;
• Applicable for carton, film wrapped product, pail, woven bag, and other easy-palletizable products;
• Robot brand (ABB,Kuka,etc.) selected upon customer’s preference, gripper customizable upon product details.

(1) According to the set program and the products in place signal of the production line, the robot pick the products automatically from the production line.

(2) The PLC controls the whole system including signal exchange of the robot,products in place signal,beats position signal and other logical relations.
