Calorimeter is mainly used to measure the calorific value of solids
such as coal and straw. It can also measure the calorific value of
liquids such as petroleum. It is mainly used in the fields of
thermoelectricity,chemical, cement, coal, new energy and so on.
The heat capacity of the calorimeter refers to the amount of heat
absorbed by the calorimetric system temperature of the device,
which is expressed by J/K. If you want to calculate the calorific
value of the sample based on the increase in water temperature
after combustion of the sample, you should first know how much heat
to absorb when the water temperature rises by 1 °C.
