ISO 12127-2-2007 Protect clothing contact heat transmission using contact heat produced by dropping small test machine
1.Remark:
The contact heat resistance tester is mainly used to test the ability of fire protection clothing, thermal protective gloves, or similar fire protection materials to resist high temperature contact heat. By testing the material when it is in contact with a heating body at a certain temperature under a certain pressure, the time it takes for the temperature of the material to rise by 10°C is recorded, and the critical time is used to determine the ability of the material to resist high-temperature contact heat. The contact heat resistance tester can quickly and accurately obtain the high-temperature contact critical time of the material, so as to quantitatively determine the ability of the material to resist high-temperature contact heat, thereby guiding the development and performance evaluation of thermal protection materials.

Testing apparatus for ISO 12127-2-2007.
3.Technical Parameters:
- High temperature resistant heating body (Φ25.2mm) is equipped with sensitive temperature sensor and temperature setting device to realize arbitrary setting of the heating body from room temperature to 500℃;
- The heating body is covered with thermal insulation material to effectively insulate heat and avoid distortion of test results caused by obvious heat dissipation;
- The weight is placed above the heating body to provide 49N contact force;
- Aluminum anodizing heat (temperature) meter (Φ25mm, 5mm), measurement accuracy ±0.1℃;
- A heat (temperature) meter is used to contact the heating body with the rising way of the sample, the movement speed of the heat (temperature) meter is 5mm/s, the control is precise;
- One-key test, LED display shows the initial temperature of the sample, real-time test temperature, and the critical time when the sample rises 10℃, the display accuracy is ±0.1s.
