The distribution hoppers of 32 scales for 4 kinds of materials were 7 (± 2G), 7 (± 2G), 7 (± 2G) and 8 (±1.5g). 8 hoppers are used as the main materials for the main materials to automatically compensate the weighing accuracy errors of other formulas and ensure the total weight accuracy within ±1.5g. The other three materials were distributed in 7 hoppers with an accuracy of ± 2G. The weighing precision of formula is well controlled.

The vibration time and vibration amplitude of each vibrator can be automatically adjusted to optimize the material flow. Multi-head weigher central chassis is made from 2.5mm thickness stainless plate and strengthened structurally with internal strengthening rib. The AD conversion module combines technical modification with anti-interference technology to effectively minimize various vibration interference and ensure the accuracy of the whole machine.
