TZ Vertical Vibrating Centrifuge
The series product is efficient solid-liquid separation equipment produced by introducing VC series vertical vibrating centrifuge technology from American CMI Company, includes TZ-12 and TZ-14, and is suitable for dehydration of clean coal, middlings and other solid-liquid mixed slurry with granularity of 0.5~75mm. The series product has advantages of low dynamic load, long sieve basket life, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance and low noise, etc.
ML Series Vertical Coal Slime Centrifuge
The series product has sieve basket diameter of 900mm~1,200mm, and is effective and widely used dehydration equipment for 0~3mm coal slime. It has advantages of large treatment capacity, convenient operation and maintenance and long service life, and sieve interval of 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, etc
LL Series Vertical Fine Coal Centrifuge
The series product has sieve basket diameter of 700mm~1,200mm and designed maximum feeding granule of 25mm, and is mainly used for middlings and fine coal dehydration. It has advantages of good dehydration effect, long sieve basket life, stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance and low noise and cost, sieve interval of 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.5, etc.
The sieve is rotated at a high speed. After the material enters the centrifuge through the inlet, the external water is removed under the action of the centrifuge and discharged through the sieve seam. Two sets of gears are used to make the difference between screen blue and scraper, and the material attached to the screen blue is scraped off.
