The screen for shaker can be a normal one made from S.S wire cloth, which also can be the polyurethane panel. The polyurethane screen panels can provide better water or fluids separation effect. Polyurethane screens last longer than the stainless steel screen panel, too
Screen opening size or the aperture is flexible to select. Ranged from 1mm to o.053mm. Furthermore, the screens can be fit by pins or the hook on the shaker.

Most of the spring is made of high-quality special spring steel. However, some of the springs or we call it as float amount/absorber is made of rubber or combined rubber and steel. Even for springs made of the same material, there are different types. Such as steel springs φ76x180x6mm thickness, and φ85x150x8mm. For springs made of rubber, there are springs installed lateral or vertical and rubbers with different hardness.
